The extra activities that we initiate are funded by donations. These includes several coach trips per year, any activities or art supplies required for people in the day centre and any celebrations. We celebrate individual birthdays, festive days from a variety of cultures and decorate the centre and provide festive food, which is always very popular.
Donations help us to make the time that people spend with us extra special. We greatly appreciate donations and we will always send a letter of thanks explaining what the money will be used for.

Our charity was set up in 1990 in order to provide support to people with mental health issues and their carers living in the London Borough of Redbridge.
