Brilliant day centre. It allows my dad to get out of the house, interact, and stimulate his mind. He really looks forward to it on a Wednesday morning.
I can say that my parents could not cope with me, but when my support worker started, was the beginning of my return to good health.
Peace of mind, knowing somebody visits regular and supports the family and ensures my mum is ok on that day. Company for My mum is essential and respite delivers this very well.
Our charity was set up in 1990 in order to provide support to people with mental health issues and their carers living in the London Borough of Redbridge.
